What do you notice about the T in NOT? I just listened to about 10 video clips with this phrase on the web, and they all have that stop T. Not-, not-. Cut off the air in your throat. Not so good. Being a Non Native English speaker i have always lacked confidence in speaking in English around people,particularly the Natives as i have always had this notion or rather mentality that am not good enough! Hope that you would be able to help me overcome my fears,be confident,fluent and above all pass the tests.

I learned this the hard way when I stayed in the US a long, long time ago. You never really know, so be prepared for a surprise. Even more so than having perfect grammar or vocabulary!
